What does the Tops & Flops Widget show?

The Tops & Flops widget gives you an overview of the development of all important KPIs over the next 365 days. At one glance you can see on which days in the coming year your KPIs have increased the most and on which days they have fallen the most.

You can view the following KPIs in the Tops & Flops widget:

• occupancy
• room nights (def. / tent.)
• ADR
• RevPAR

With the toggle () you can quickly switch back and forth between tops and flops. You can also place the widget in your dashboard several times to compare both or to keep an eye on several KPIs at once. You can also sort the tops & flops by date or value by clicking on the small arrows next to the headers. 

The period for the changes in the KPIs is based on the timeslider. For example, if you set it to -1 day, the widget will show you on which days there were the biggest changes for your KPIs compared to yesterday. 

If you move over the individual days with your mouse, a small popup opens in which you can see the KPI changes in more detail. In addition, clicking on a day will open our single-click popup, which we also use in the Smartview.

How do I add and edit the Tops & Flops Widget?

You can find the Tops & Flops widget in the widget selection bar on the right side of the screen.

If the bar is not visible right away, you can expand it by clicking on the small pencil icon.

You can then drag and drop the widget into the dashboard, directly to the desired location.

As soon as you have dragged the widget into the dashboard, the widget settings will open. Here you can decide whether you want to see the tops or flops as the default view and which KPIs you would like to display.

If you would like to edit the widget later on, you can always do so in the widget settings. Just click on the small gear icon in the upper right corner of the widget to open the settings.
