What does the Reviews Widget show?
In the reviews widget you can keep an eye on the reviews of your hotel and your competitors. To make it comparable, we show you our HQ Review Score, which is composed of the ratings of various channels.
In the left column you will find your hotel and your competitor set, right next to it our HQ Score and in the right column the number of ratings that go into our Review Score. With the help of the small arrows next to the headings you can also sort the widget by the three columns in ascending or descending order.
In the reviews widget, you can also compare the reviews of a certain competitors with yours in more detail. With a click on the name of the competitor you want to have a closer look at, you will get to the detailed view.
Here you can find the exact reviews on different channels like Booking.com, Expedia or Trivago, and compare your ratings on the left with those of your competitor on the right in more detail.
How do I add and edit the Reviews Widget?
You can find the Reviews widget in the widget selection bar on the right side of the screen.
If the bar is not visible right away, you can expand it by clicking on the small pencil icon.
You can then drag and drop the widget into the dashboard, directly to the desired location.
As soon as you have dragged the widget into the dashboard, the widget settings will open. Here you can choose which competitor sets you want to see and compare in the widget, and which size the widget should have.
If you would like to edit the widget later on, you can always do so in the widget settings. Just click on the small gear icon in the upper right corner of the widget to open the settings.
