How can I access my account?

Login and password

You can log in to the app directly via Just enter your email address and password and click on login.

If you have only one hotel, you will be taken directly to your dashboard.

If you have more than one hotel, you will find yourself in an overview of our accounts after logging in. Here you will find all the accounts you have access to, and you can select an account directly or by using the search bar.

Forgot your password?

Don't worry! On our login page you can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot your password"?  Enter your email address and we will send you an email with a password reset link!

Create a profile

If you are already a user yourself and would like to invite your colleagues to the account, you can do this in the user settings. We'll show you exactly how to do it here.

To create a new profile and get access to HQ revenue, you need to be invited to your account by another user or our team.

Once you've been invited you will receive an email in which you will find a link to register and create your user profile. Just fill in the fields and set a password for your user. Afterwards your profile will be activated and next time you can log in directly via

User profile settings

You can access the profile settings by selecting this icon in the navigation on the left side of the screen.

Here you can change your name and password, change the language or date format, and choose between icons and abbreviations for the names of our modules.

With a click on "Save changes" your selection will be applied to all accounts.
