Learn how to switch from graph to table view, change the thresholds, change the time frame, view irregular days only, use the filter
Changing the view
If the table approach doesn’t do it for you, you can switch to a graph view. Simply click on the graph symbol on top of the page to change it.
How to customize the thresholds
You can decide to manage the threshold to change deviations in prices so that only data relevant to you is highlighted.
The two reference values
You can compare prices to two different values. Choose between Reference Channel and LAR:
Reference Channel
Usually your Reference Channel is your main distribution channel which in most cases is your website, which is called BRAND in the app. The system is so flexible that it allows you to set any channel as a Reference Channel with individual thresholds for the other ones.

LAR
As the name suggests, this compares the Lowest Available Rates across all channels.
Threshold settings:
- Click on Manage thresholds on top of the page to access the threshold settings.
- If you chose LAR you will then be able to change the threshold by simply moving the cursor on the slider to reach the desired percentage change.
- If instead you chose Reference channel, you will be able to do the same thing with the reference channels listed on your screen.
- Once you are happy with your settings, click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Changing the time frame
The view is automatically set for the current date and the next month, if you want to see data for the following year simply select the desired month directly from the navigation bar, just like for the Smart View.
Irregular days
If you would like to focus only on the irregular days you can change the setting on the top right of the page and choose between All days and Irregular days.
Using the filter
To customize your filter click on the filter icon on the top right and set your occupancy, BAR and/or APR rates or roomtype in the roomtype-view or if you would like to focus only on the irregular days you can change the setting and choose between All days and Irregular days in the LAR-view.
The changes are automatically applied immediately as soon as you change something in the filter.
