30 Days Rate Widget

What does the 30 Days Rate Widget show?

The 30 Days Rate widget gives you a quick overview of the market and the average rates for the coming 30 days.

Right on top you will find the demand () and your occupancy (). For these two values we also show the average of the following 30 days.

In the table you will now find the average rate () of your hotel and your competitors for the next 30 days. The average rate you see in the first row represents the average of the whole set.

In the column to the left of the average rate you will also find the number of days with a minimum length of stay () or the number of sold out days (). You can decide which value is displayed here in the widget settings.

In the right column you can see the change () of the average rate compared to a day in the past. With the help of the timeslider you can determine how many days you want to travel back in time.

You are not familiar with the Timeslider? Then feel free to have a look here.

By clicking on the small arrows next to the headings you can sort the list in ascending or descending order for each of the headings. Using this, you can, for example, see which competitor is restricting the most using minimum length of stays.

If you want to compare one of your competitors to your hotel in more detail, you can do so by hovering over this competitor with your mouse. A small popup opens in which you can see the same KPIs as in the widget in direct comparison to your hotel.

If after looking at the 30 Days Rate widget you would like to analyze the rates in more detail in the Smart View, you can just click on the redirect button in the bottom right corner. It will take you directly to the correct time period in the Smart View.

How do I add and edit the 30 Days Rate Widget?

You can find the 30 Days Rate widget in the widget selection bar on the right side of the screen.

If the bar is not visible right away, you can expand it by clicking on the small pencil icon.

You can then drag and drop the widget into the dashboard, directly to the desired location.

As soon as you have dragged the widget into the dashboard, the widget settings will open. Here you can decide whether you want to see the days with minimum LOS or the number of sold out days in the widget.

If you change your mind later on or want to keep an eye on both metrics, you can always switch between them in the widget settings. Just click on the small gear icon in the upper right corner of the widget to open the settings.
