What does the Future Pricing Tunnel Widget show?
The Future Pricing Tunnel will give you an overview of the coming three month, summarized in only one widget.
Here you can see the average rate of your hotel as well as your competitors for the current month and the next two months. In the middle column you will find the current average rate and in the columns next to it the difference to a day in the past. With the help of the timeslider, you can decide how many days you would like to jump in the past.

If you want to compare one of your competitors to your hotel in more detail, you can do so by hovering over this competitor with your mouse. A small popup will open in which you can see the average rate of the competitor for the respective month in direct comparison to your house.
Additionally, the Future Pricing Tunnel gives you the option to display the average rate for a month only using certain weekdays. You can select or deselect individual weekdays directly at the top of the widget. Days colored in blue are included in the calculation, days in gray are not. This way, you can get a quick overview of the weekends of the coming months, for example.
If you would like to analyze the rates further in the Smart View after looking at the Future Pricing Tunnel, you can just click on the redirect button (
) in the lower right corner of each month. It will take you directly to the correct time period in Smart View.
How do I add and edit the Future Pricing Tunnel Widget?
You can find the Future Pricing Tunnel widget in the widget selection bar on the right side of the screen.
If the bar is not visible right away, you can expand it by clicking on the small pencil icon.
You can then drag and drop the widget into the dashboard, directly to the desired location.
As soon as you have dragged the widget into the dashboard, the widget settings will open. Here you can select which days of the week you want to include in the pricing tunnel.
If you change your mind, you can always change the weekdays again in the widget settings. Just click on the small gear icon in the upper right corner of the widget to open the settings.
